بررسی میزان آ گاهی دستیاران تخصصی طب اورژانس نسبت به مباحث مرتبط با پزشکی قانونی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد در سال تحصیلی 1396-1397

علم پزشکی و مسایل قانونی به طور جدا ناپذیری به هم مرتبط‎ اند. نیاز به اطلاع از مباحث پزشکی قانونی در کشور در حال حاضر از هر زمان دیگری بیشتر اهمیت دارد. لذا هدف از انجام این پژوهش تعیین میزان آگاهی دستیاران طب اورژانس در مورد مباحث مرتبط با پزشکی قانونی می‎باشد.روش کار تعداد 30 دستیار طب اورژانس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد وارد این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی شدند. اطلاعات زمینه‎ای شرکت کنندگان از قبیل سن، جنس، سابقه کار، و سال ورود ثبت شد. آگاهی دستیاران با استفاده از یک آزمون پنج گزینه‎ای 30 س‍‍والی سنجیده شد. تمامی‎آزمون‎ها در نرم افزار spss نسخه 16 و در سطح معنی داری 0/05 انجام گردید.نتایج: نتایج  مطالعه ما نشان دادکه میانگین درصد پاسخ‎های صحیح به سوالات 11± 38 درصد بود.  بیشترین میزان آگاهی دستیاران در مورد نحوه رویکرد به بیماران الکلی و مواد مخدر (48 ±65) و کمترین میزان آگاهی در مورد دیه‎ها و قصور پزشکی و جواز دفن وگواهی فوت (22± 28) بود. بررسی  مطالعه ما نشان داد ارتباط مستقیم و معناداری بین سن و میزان آگاهی کلی وجود دارد (p=0/03, r=0.54). ولی بین درصد آگاهی کلی و سابقه کار ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت (p=0/07, r=0.51).نتیجه گیریاین مطالعه نشان داد آگاهی دستیاران طب اورژانس از مباحث پزشکی قانونی متوسط است. کمترین میزان آگاهی در ارتباط با دیه‌ها، قصور پزشکی و جواز دفن وگواهی فوت بود. با توجه به این نتایج بنظر می‎رسد آموزش مباحث کاربردی و رایج پزشکی قانونی به دستیاران طب اورژانس از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار باشد.

assessment of knowledge of emergency medicine residents in mashhad university of medical sciences about forensic issues

introduction: regarding the increasing population of iran and improved health indexes the medico-legal cases are increasing. today, knowledge and awareness about forensic medicine are of utmost importance for medical students. therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the knowledge of emergency medicine students about different aspects of forensic medicine.materials and methods: this cross-sectional study was carried out among 36 emergency medicine students in governmental hospitals of mashhad, iran. demographic data including age, sex, years of residency and years of experience as a general physician were recorded. participants’ knowledge was assessed using a 30-item questionnaire. data were analyzed using spss.16results: our results showed that the mean of correct answers was 38±11 percent. the topic with the highest knowledge among residents wasapproach to alcohol and drug abuse (65±48) and the lowest knowledge was about neglectance and death certificate (28±22). we found a direct and significant correlation between the age and knowledge about the forensic medicine (p<0.05, r=0.54). however, no significant correlation was found between the experience and knowledge about the forensic medicine. conclusion: the results suggest that emergency medicine residents’ knowledge about different topics of forensic medicine is relatively low. according to our research, it seems mandatory to educate forensic medicine to emergency medicine residents.
