علائم، راه های انتقال و نحوه پیشگیری از ویروس آبله میمون

مقدمه: آبله میمون یک ویروس دو رشته‌ ای از جنس ارتوپاکس ویروس است که به‌وسیله حیوانات به انسان انتقال داده می‌شود. تا‌کنون دو گونه اصلی آبله میمون در غرب آفریقا و حوضه کنگو شناسایی شده‌ اند. نحوه سرایت ویروس آبله میمون اغلب از طریق ذرات تنفسی و تماس مستقیم با ضایعات پوستی است. علائم اولیه ابتلا به بیماری آبله میمون شامل سردرد، دردهای عضلانی، تب و بدن‌درد می‌شود. روی بدن مبتلایان به‌تدریج برآمدگی‌هایی به شکل جوش ظاهر می‌شود که حالت تاول پیدا خواهند کرد. بسیاری از موارد در شیوع اخیر به انتقال جنسی نسبت‌ داده شده‌اند؛ به‌خصوص در میان مردانی که به عنوان افراد هم‌جنس‌گرا، دو جنس‌گرا یا مردانی که با مردان رابطه جنسی دارند شناخته می‌شوند. این ویروس هم‌چنین می‌تواند از طریق تماس مستقیم با زخم‌های عفونی، مایعات بدن و رختخواب یا لباس مشترک مشترک منتقل شود. آبله میمون به عنوان یک بیماری خطرناک می تواند سلامت روانی بیماران را تحت تاثیر خود قرار دهد. بررسی های گذشته حاکی از آن دارد ویروس آبله میمون منجر به انگ اجتماعی، اضطراب، افکار و رفتارهای مرتبط با خودکشی در افراد مبتلا می شود. با توجه اینکه چند مورد از ابتلا به آبله میمون در داخل کشور ایران شناسایی شده است می‌بایست اقداماتی در جهت آگاهی مردم از علائم و شیوه انتقال این ویروس انجام گردد تا بعد از کووید-19 شاهد گسترش یک بیماری همه‌ گیر دیگری نباشیم.
