تحلیل انگیزه مشارکت در فعالیت های ورزش همگانی از دیدگاه مردان و زنان شهر یزد

مقدمه: ورزش پدیده ای سازمان یافته است که از جنبه های گوناگون قابل بررسی است، یکی از مهم ترین جنبه های آن همگانی بودن آن و به تعبیری ورزش همگانی است و با توجه به نقش مهمی که ورزش همگانی بر جنبه های سلامتی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی جامعه دارد، از این رو مطالعه حاضر به تحلیل انگیزه مشارکت زنان و مردان شهر یزد به ورزش همگانی پرداخته است.روش بررسی: جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل 486152 نفر شامل کلیه مردان و زنان بالای 15 سال شهر یزد که بر اساس سرشماری سال 1390 به دست آمد؛ که تعداد نمونه آماری برابر با 400 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و به روش پیمایشی اجرا گردید. پس از تائید روایی محتوایی توسط 10 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی پایایی پرسش نامه عوامل موثر بر انگیزه مشارکت در ورزش همگانی با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تائید شد. راهکارهای توسعه انگیزه مشارکت زنان و مردان شهر یزد به ورزش همگانی به روش کیفی شناسایی و سپس با رویکرد کمی تجزیه وتحلیل شد. جهت تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spss16 استفاده شد.نتایج: نتایج حاصل از تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها نشان داد که عوامل موثر در انگیزه مشارکت زنان و مردان شهر یزد در ورزش همگانی به ترتیب، عوامل مدیریتی، فرهنگی، پیشگیرنده و درمانی بودند.نتیجه گیری: لذا اتخاذ برنامه ریزی منظم توسط مدیران ورزشی و استفاده از رسانه های جمعی در جهت تشویق مردم به مشارکت در ورزش همگانی لازم به نظر می رسد، تا بدین سبب مشارکت در ورزش های همگانی در زندگی روزمره مردم حیات یافته و فرهنگ پرداختن به ورزش همگانی میان مردان و زنان شهر یزد نهادینه شود.

Analysis of participation motivation in sports for all among the male and female in Yazd City

Introduction: Exercise is an organized phenomenon that can be evaluated in various aspects. An important aspect of it is its universal and sense of public port, considering the important role of public sport on the health, social and economic aspects of the society; it was aimd to perform the study to analyze the participation motivation of male and female in Yazd City in the universal sports.Methods The statistical population consisted of 486152 participants between male and female above 15 years age in the Yazd City; obtained by the census data of 2011, the selected sample size was 400 people. This research was based on applied and field survey method. The data were quantitatively collected using questionnaire. After confirming the content validity of the questionnaire by the opinions of ten experts in the field of sport management, the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In this study, the strategies to motivate the participation of male and female of Yazd City in the universal sport in a qualitative way the data were analyzed using SPSS 16 software.Results: The results showed that the main factors influencing the motivation of participation of male and female in sports in Yazd City was management, cultural and preventive and therapeutic factors, respectively.Conclusion: Therefore, it is necessary to adopt regular planning by sports managers and to use mass media for encouraging people to participate in universal sports, and to develop a culture among people of Yazd City to participate in the daily life sports activity
