‌میزان آمادگی مراکز درمانی شهرستان رشت در استقرار و پیاده‌سازی استانداردهای بیمارستان سبز

مقدمه‌: بیمارستان‌ها از مراکز درمانیی هستند که بیشترین آلودگی را در زمینه محیط‌زیست ایجاد می‌کنند. بیمارستان سبز به بیمارستانی اشاره دارد که محیط را بخشی از فرایندهای کیفیت خدماتش دیده و با بکار بستن رویکردهایی موثر در هریک از ابعاد ‌مانند مدیریت، آب، انرژی، ساختمان، پسماند، دارو و خرید، به دنبال آن است که به خود و دیگران آسیبی نرساند.هدف:‌‌ بررسی میزان آمادگی مراکز درمانی شهرستان رشت در استقرار و پیاده سازی استانداردهای بیمارستان سبز‌.مواد و روش‌ها‌: پژوهش از نوع توصیفی مقطعی و از نظر روش اجرا پیمایشی‌‌.‌جامعه آماری پژوهش همه بیمارستان‌های دولتی شهرستان رشت بودند که از بین آنها 8 بیمارستان به صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارگردآوری اطلاعات چک لیست‌های بیمارستان بوده است. داده‌ها با مشاهده و گفتگو گرد‌آوری شد. داده‌های‌‌ چک لیست‌ها ‌در برگیرنده دو بخش، اطلاعات دموگرافیک‌ و اطلاعات‌‌ 7 متغیر بیمارستان سبز بود که پاسخگویان باید میزان آمادگی بیمارستان تابعه خود را در هرکدام از بخش‌های چک لیست بیمارستان سبز بیان می‌کردند برای واکاوی اطلاعات از نرم‌افزار آماری spss و آمار توصیفی(توزیع و درصد فراوانی و میانگین) و آمار تحلیلی (آزمون های t‌، کولموگروف_اسمیرنوف و...) استفاده شد‌.نتایج: ‌8 بیمارستان مورد بررسی از نظر استانداردهای مربوطه بیمارستان سبز در وضعیت مناسبی قرار ندارند (میزان رعایت استانداردها 36.8 درصد بدست آمد‌) و همچنین، این بیمارستان‌ها آمادگی لازم‌‌ برای پیاده‌سازی استانداردهای بیمارستان سبز را نداشته و تنها در زمینه مصرف دارو(امتیاز 65.6) با استانداردهای بیمارستان سبز مطابقت لازم را دارند اما از نظر مدیریت انرژی؛‌ مدیریت پسماند؛ حفاظت از آب(امتیاز 34)؛ استفاده از مواد شیمیایی(امتیاز 43)؛ معماری سبز (امتیاز35) و خرید ملزومات بیمارستانی (امتیاز 23.2) در وضعیت مناسبی‌‌ قرار ندارند.نتیجه‌گیری: استانداردهای بیمارستان سبز در مدیریت پایدار و صرفه‌جویی در هزینه‌های بیمارستان‌ها‌‌ اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد، گذشته از بحث کلی ساختمان‌های سبز، رعایت این اصول در بیمارستان‌ها افزون بر جنبه‌های پایداری آن، در جهت بهبود کیفیت درمانی بیماران نقش بسزایی دارد و اجرای این استانداردها در استان نیازمند‌‌ برنامه‌ریزی جامع در زمینه 7 متغیر مورد مطالعه و شفاف‌سازی دستورکار و قوانین مربوطه، آموزش و مستندسازی اقدامات صورت گرفته است.

The Readiness Level of the Medical Services Centers in the Establishment and Implementation of Green Hospital Standards in Rasht

AbstractIntroduction: Hospitals are among the service centers that cause the greatest environmental pollution. Green Hospital refers to a hospital that views the environment as part of its service quality processes and seeks to avoid harming itself and others by employing effective approaches in each of its dimensions including management, water, energy, buildings, waste, medicine, and shopping.Objective: This study aims to determine the extent of medical services centers readiness for the establishment and implementation of Green Hospital standards in Rasht.Materials and Methods: This is an applied research, and a descriptive crosssectional method is used. Also, survey method is implemented. The statistical population of this study included all public and private hospitals in Rasht. Among them, 8 hospitals were selected as the sample using convenient sampling method. The data collection tool was the hospital checklists, obtained through observation and interviews. The checklist information consists of two parts, demographic information and information about seven variables in the green hospital, in which respondents should state their hospital readiness in each part of the green hospital checklist. SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the data. Also, descriptive statistics (Frequency distribution and percentage and mean) and analytical statistics (ttest, KolmogorovSmirnov, etc.) were used.Results: The results indicated that the 8 under studied hospitals were not in good condition regarding the relevant standards of the green hospital (the rate of meeting standards was 36.8%). Also, these hospitals are not prepared to implement green hospital standards. Only given the drug use (score 65.6), they meet green hospital standards; however, they are not in the right position for the establishment of a green hospital in terms of energy management; waste management; water conservation (score 34); use of chemicals (score 43); green architecture (score 35)and purchasing Hospital Requirements (23.2 points).Conclusion: Green hospital standards are of critical importance in sustainable management and cost saving for hospitals. Apart from the general discussion of green buildings, meeting these principles in hospitals, in addition to its sustainability aspects, has a significant role in improving the patient's therapeutic quality. Implementation ofsuchstandards in the province requires a comprehensive planning of the 7 understudied variables and clarification of relevant guidelines and rules, training and documentation of actions.Conflict of interest: non declared
