مقایسه سیستم فعال‌سازی / بازداری رفتاری و حس انسجام در بدنسازی با و بدون مصرف استروئیدهای آنابولیک_آندروژنی

مقدمه: استروئیدهای آنابولیک_آندروژنی از‌‌ داروهای نیروزایی هستند که سوء مصرف آنها در بلند‌مدت تغییر‌ هورمونی و روان‌شناختی زیادی‌‌ به جای می‌گذارد که‌‌ طیف گسترده‌ای از عوارض جانبی را برای ورزشکاران به همراه خواهد داشت.هدف:‌‌ مقایسه سیستم فعال‌سازی/ بازداری رفتاری و حس انسجام در بدنسازان با و بدون مصرف استروئیدهای آنابولیک و آندروژنی.مواد و روش‌ها: در روش ‌پژوهش توصیفی_مقایسه‌ای‌‌‌ جامعه آماری دربرگیرنده تمامی بدنسازان با و بدون مصرف استروئیدهای آنابولیک_آندروژنی شهر رشت در سال 1397 ‌‌از‌‌ 140نفر (70 بدنساز طبیعی و 70 بدنساز استروئیدی) به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده‌ و به پرسش‌نامه‌های سیستم‌های فعال‌سازی/ بازداری رفتاری کارور و وایت (1994) و حس انسجام آنتونووسکی (1993) پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها با‌‌ آزمون تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری با نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 24 واکاوی شد‌.نتایج: ‌‌بین سیستم بازداری/ فعال‌سازی رفتاری و حس انسجام در دو گروه تفاوت معنی‌دار‌ وجود دارد (p<0.01). بدنسازان استروئیدی در مقایسه با بدنسازانی که به صورت طبیعی تمرین می‌کردند‌‌ میزان بازداری رفتاری (15.95) و حس انسجام (18.87) کمتری داشتند و همچنین، فعال‌سازی رفتاری (37.77) بیشتری از خود نشان دادند.نتیجه‌گیری:‌‌ می‌توان گفت بدنسازانی که از مشتقات داروهای استروئیدی استفاده کرده‌بودند در کارکردهای شناختی و جسمی خود دچار مشکلات فراوان و جبران‌ناپذیری شدند. بنابراین، لازم است مربیان مربوطه توجه بیشتری به مشکلات روان‌شناختی ورزشکاران داشته باشند و پیش از مسابقه آنها را‌‌ بررسی و ارزیابی کنند.

Comparison of Behavioral Activation-Inhibition Systems and Sense of Coherence in Bodybuilders with and Without Use of Anabolic-Androgenic Steroids

AbstractIntroduction: Anabolicandrogenic steroids are one of the powerful drugs that cause longterm hormonal and psychological changes that can have a wide range of side effects for the athletes.Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the Behavioral ActivationInhibition Systems and Sense of Coherence in Bodybuilders with and without Use AnabolicAndrogenic Steroids.Materials and Methods: The method of this research is descriptive comparative. The statistical population consisted of all bodybuilders with and without taking anabolicandrogenic steroids in Rasht in 2019, of which 140 individuals (70 natural bodybuilders and 70 steroids bodybuilders) were selected purposefully and included questionnaires of Carver White (1994) behavioral activationinhibition systems and sense of coherence Antonovsky (1993) responded by the participants. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance by SPSS 24.Results: The findings of the present study showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups in the activation/inhibition system and the sense of coherence (P<0.01). Compared with natural bodybuilders, steroid bodybuilders had less behavioral inhibition (15.95) and sense of coherence (18.87) and more behavioral activation systems (37.77).Conclusion: According to the results, we suggest that bodybuilders who have used steroids derivatives have many irreversible problems in their cognitive and physical functions. Therefore, coaches need to pay more attention to the psychological problems of the athletes and examine them before competitions. Conflict of interest: non declared
