ارتباط چاقی و عوامل خطرساز آن با ناباروری در زنان‌

مقدمه: چاقی یکی از دشواری های بهداشتی است که پیامدهایی به دنبال دارد. ناباروری به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین مشکلات بهداشتی مطرح است. مطالعات نشان داده اند که بین چاقی و ناباروری پیوستگی وجود دارد. چاقی باعث اختلال هورمونی می شود و نیز با روند تخمک گذاری طبیعی تداخل دارد.هدف: تعیین ارتباط چاقی و عوامل خطرسازآن با ناباروری.مواد و روش ها مطالعه از نوع مقایسه ای_تحلیلی بود که بر 200 زن (100 زن نابارور و 100 زن بارور)مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان کوثر شهر قزوین در سال های 94- 1392 با .نمونه گیری به روش آسان انجام شد. ابزارگرد آوری داده ها چک لیست دربرگیرنده: اطلاعات دموگرافی، فشارخون، bmiو نسبت دور کمر به باسن،کلسترول، تری گلیسرید، کلسترول_hdl و کلسترول_ ldl بود. از واکاوی آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی با spss.16 استفاده شد. نتایج: میانگین شاخص توده بدنی و نسبت دور کمر به دور باسن بین دو گروه اختلاف معنی دار بود(p<0/05). بررسی پروفایل چربی نشان داد که سطح کلسترول و تری گلیسرید در زنان نابارور نسبت به زنان بارور اختلاف آماری معنی دار بود و در زنان نابارور بیشتر بود (p=0/04). همچنین، همبستگی مستقیم معنی دار بین bmi با سطح کلسترول و تری گلیسیرید بین دو گروه نشان داده شد (p<0/05). نتیجه گیری ارتباط مثبتی بین ناباروری و افزایش پروفایل چربی در زنان نابارور وجود دارد. بنابراین، با توجه به افزایش شیوع چاقی در جوامع باید به این نکته توجه ویژه ای شود و با آگاه سازی عمومی و ایجاد برنامه های تغییر سبک زندگی، به این جستار پرداخت.

Relationship Between Obesity, its Associated Risk Factors and Infertility in Women

AbstractIntroduction: Obesity and the associated consequences is a major health concern. Infertility is considered as one of the most important health problems. Studies have shown that there is a relationship between obesity and infertility. Obesity causes hormonal disturbance and also interferes with the normal ovulation process.Objective: This study investigated the relationship between obesity and risk factors for infertility.Materials and Methods: this study is a comparative analytical one done on 200 women (100 women infertile and 100 fertile women), admitted to Kowsar hospital in Qazvin during 20132015. Sampling method was simple. Tool for data collection was a check list including: demographic data, blood pressure, BMI and the waist to hip ratio, cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL cholesterol and LDL cholesterol. Statistical analysis was done using descriptive and analytical methods in spss.16.Results: The results showed mean body mass index and waisttohip ratio between the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).Survey of lipid profile showed that cholesterol and triglyceride levels in infertile women were significantly different from that in fertile women, being higher in infertile women (P =0.04). Also, a positive correlation between BMI and cholesterol and triglycerides levels in the two groups was shown (P<0.05).Conclusion: The present study revealed a positive association between infertility and increased lipid profile in infertile women. Therefore, due to the increasing prevalence of obesity in the society, we need to pay special attention to this issue and take into account public awareness and lifestyle change programs.Conflict of interest: non declared
