چکیده
|
This descriptive study was conducted to assess the operating room safety standards of all teaching hospitals (kosar, booali sina, shahid rajaee, qods and velayat) in qazvin during 2012. the measurement tools were hospital information sheet and the operating room safety checklist that were completed by observation and interview with appropriate authority. the operating room of kosar hospital was unsafe while operating rooms of other hospitals were safe. it seems that continuous assessment and fixing potential problems of the operating room safety standards by all personnel make progress and continuous quality improvement in health services.
