diagnostic tests and clinical, laboratory and radiological charactersitics of covid-19 in pregnant women: a review

The emerging coronavirus (covid19) is a new infectious disease and the definitive gold standard for its diagnosis in pregnancy has not yet been established. therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of reviewing the diagnostic methods and clinical, laboratory and radiological symptoms of covid19 disease in pregnant women. the present study is a narrative review. to do so, the keywords were searched in the scopus, google scholar, pubmed, embase, science direct, who databases from april 1, 2020 to may 9, 2020. 34 articles were obtained and finally 6 articles were used to write this study. evidence related to the purpose of this study was identified in three categories. the first category examines clinical findings (fever and cough), the second category examines laboratory findings (leukocytosis and lymphopenia), and a third category examines chest radiographic findings (pure groundglass opacity). since infection is one of the most important causes of death in pregnant women and is one of the preventable and controllable factors, so by identifying the correct diagnostic methods of this infection, atrisk pregnant women will be identified and prevent the consequences of this infection.

مروری بر روش‌های تشخیصی و علائم بالینی، آزمایشگاهی و رادیولوژیک بیماری کووید ـ 19 در زنان باردار

بیماری نوظهور کرونا‌ویروس (COVID19)، نوعی بیماری عفونی جدید است و تاکنون استاندارد طلایی قطعی برای تشخیص آن در بارداری شناخته نشده است؛ بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف مروری بر روش‌های تشخیصی و علائم بالینی، آزمایشگاهی و رادیولوژیک بیماری کووید ـ 19 در زنان باردار انجام شد. این مطالعه به روش مروری نقلی انجام شده است. ابتدا کلیدواژه‌ها براساس MeSH تعیین و سپس جست‌وجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی ساینس دایرکت، ام‌بیس، پابمد، گوگل اسکالر، اسکوپوس و سازمان بهداشت جهانی از اول آوریل 2020 تا 9 مه2020 انجام شد. 34 مقاله به دست آمد و درنهایت از شش مقاله جهت نگارش این مطالعه مروری استفاده شد. شواهد مرتبط با هدف این مطالعه در سه گروه قرار داده شد؛ گروه اول یافته‌های بالینی (شایع‌ترین یافته تب و سرفه بود)، گروه دوم یافته‌های آزمایشگاهی (شایع‌ترین یافته CRP، لنفوپنی و بررسی RNA بیمار به روش RTPCR بود) و گروه سوم یافته‌های رادیوگرافیک سینه (شایع‌ترین یافته نمای زمینه‌ای کدر بود). عفونت یکی از مهم‌ترین علت‌های مرگ مادران باردار و قابل پیشگیری و کنترل است؛ بنابراین می‌توان با شناسایی روش‌های تشخیصی درست عفونت کووید ـ 19، زنان باردار مبتلا و در معرض خطر این عفونت را شناسایی و از پیامد‌های ناشی از این عفونت جلوگیری کرد.
