تاثیر طب فشاری بر طول مدت و پیامد زایمان در زنان نخست‌زا: یک کارآزمایی بالینی

زمینه زایمان طولانی‌مدت باعث افزایش سزارین، افت ضربان قلب جنین و همچنین عوارض مادری و نوزادی می‌شود.هدف این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر طب فشاری در نقاط هوگو، سانینجیائو، شن من و neimadian طول مدت و پیامد زایمان بر زنان نخست‌زا انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی‌تصادفی در سال 1396 و 1397 روی 130 مادر بستری در بخش زایمان بیمارستان رازی قزوین انجام شد. نمونه‌ها با تخصیص تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله و شاهد قرار گرفتند. گروه مداخله تحریک نقاط فشاری هوگو، سانینجیائو، شن من و neimadian در اندام فوقانی و تحتانی یک‌طرفه را با دستگاه تنس طی مراحل مختلف زایمان و گروه شاهد مراقبت معمول اتاق زایمان را دریافت کردند. طول مدت مرحله اول و دوم زایمان با استفاده از ساعت دیجیتالی اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها با آزمون‌های آماری مجذور کای، تی مستقل و من‌ویتنی تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها میانگین± انحراف معیار سنی شرکت‌کنندگان 4±‌24/48 سال بود. مداخله طب فشاری، تفاوت آماری معناداری را در میانگین طول مدت مرحله اول و دوم زایمان در گروه مداخله نسبت به شاهد نشان نداد (0/05نتیجه‌گیری استفاده از تحریک الکتریکی عضلانی پوستی روی نقاط طب فشاری تاثیری در طول مدت زایمان، مراحل زایمان و همچنین پیامد زایمان ندارد. انجام مطالعات بیشتر در این‌باره توصیه می‌شود.

Effects of Acupressure on Labor Length and Outcome in Nulliparous Women: A Clinical Trial

Background labor increases the chances of cesarean section delivery and creates maternal and neonatal complications (like fetal heart rate drop). Objective This study aimed to investigate the effect of acupressure on sp6, He7, LI4, and NEIMA points on the duration and outcome of delivery in nulliparous women.Methods This randomized clinical trial was performed on 130 mothers admitted to the Maternity Ward of Razi Hospital in Qazvin City, Iran. The samples were randomly assigned to the intervention (n=64) and control groups (n=66). The intervention group received Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) on four acupressure points (SP6, LI4, He7, and NEIMA) in the unilateral upper and lower extremities during the delivery stages and the control group was received routine labor care. Durations of the first and second stages of delivery were measured using a digital clock. The obtained data were analyzed by the Chisquare, ttest, and MannWhitney tests.Findings The Mean±SD age of the participants was 24.48±4 years. Acupressure intervention did not produce a significant effect on the mean duration of the first and second stages of delivery in the intervention group compared to the control group (P>0.05). Also, the outcome of delivery in the two groups did not show a significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion The application of TENS on specific acupuncture points could not reduce the length of labor stages and the outcome of childbirth. Further studies are recommended in this regard.
