تحلیل و بررسی ماهیت مفهوم از دیدگاه آیت‌الله بروجردی

آیت‌الله بروجردی در ماهیت مفهوم، دیدگاهی بدیع دارد: اولاً، مفهوم را برخلاف منطوق که ناشی از وضع الفاظ و سایه‌سار آن است، ناشی از دلالت فعل متکلم مبنی بر اخذ قیدی در کلام خود می‌داند. ازاین‌رو مفهوم را تحت اصول عقلایی که در افعال اختیاری جریان دارد، قرار می‌دهد. ثانیاً، نزاع اصولی در آن را نزاعی کبروی می‌شمرد. ثالثاً، این نظر خود را به اصولیان پیشین نسبت می‌دهد و براساس آن شیخ انصاری و اصولی‌های پس از او را مورد نقد قرار می‌دهد. هرسه محور دیدگاه ایشان دراین مقاله نقد و بررسی شده است. در ضمن این بررسی، نظریه استعمال الفاظ در اصول فقه، با نظریه افعال گفتاری در فلسفه زبان، مقایسه شده است.توجه ایشان به جنبه رفتاری استعمال الفاظ دستمایه این مقایسه قرار گرفته است.

An Analytical Study Concerning the Nature of "Connotation" from the Grand Āyatullāh Borūjerdī's Perspective

Āyatullāh Borūjerdī has an exquisite viewpoint regarding the nature of Connotation: firstly, Āyatullāh Borūjerdī holds that Connotation – unlike Enunciation which is strictly dependent on the invention – is comprehended from the implications caused by the conditions of the speech. Hence, he subcategorizes the Connotation under the rational principles which run in volitional acts. ‎Secondly, he reckons the Uṣūlī's dispute here a major dispute. Thirdly, he attributes his stance to the former Uṣūlī scholars, and thereon, he criticizes Shaykh Anṣārī and his succeeding scholars. ‎All these three ideas are reviewed in this paper. This study also compares Words Employment Theory in Uṣūl alfiqh with the Theory of Speech Acts in the philosophy of language. Āyatullāh Borūjerdī's advertence to the behavioral aspect of the Words Employment is the subgrade of this comparison.
