طیف بندی مردم در جنگ شناختی و نقش بازیگران در نبرد هوشمند به عنوان سرمایه انسانی

پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی و آغاز تحولات فکری، فرهنگی گسترده در ساختارهای نظام ج.ا، سبب برنتابیدن قدرت های منطقه ای و جهانی و مقابله مداوم با اساس و بنیان های نظام بوده است. جنگ شناختی، مفهومی است که در سالیان اخیر به صورت اثر گذارتر از دیگر عرصه های نبرد، با هدف بهره برداری از اسرار ذهن و قلب، مورد توجه واقع شده است. اگر بپذیریم که بازیگران اصلی این عرصه نخبگان هستند، بالتبع بهره مندی از این پتانسیل در مقابله با دشمن نقطه اتکال این رهیافت است. در این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخگویی به این پرسش هستیم که طیف های مختلف مردم در مواجهه با جنگ شناختی کدام است و نقش بازیگران در این نبرد چه تاثیری در نوع مواجهه دارد. روش مورد استفاده تحلیلی- توصیفی است و دستاورد آن سبب ایجاد سیاست های حاکم بر نظام مقابله ای و شکل گیری سازوکار مفهومی در عرصه جنگ شناختی می گردد که حاصل آن ابتدائا عمق بخشی، تاثیرگذاری هوشمندانه، هدفمند و متعالی در سطح جامعه و در لایه بعدی واکسینه کردن و مصون سازی فرهنگی بازیگران و جامعه و در نهایت منجر به شکل گیری تشکیلات منسجم کارآمد و منعطف و بهره مندی از قابلیت شبکه ای نخبگان می شود.

the spectrum of people in cognitive warfare and the role of actors in intelligent warfare as human capital

the victory of the islamic revolution and the beginning of extensive intellectual and cultural transformations in the structures of the islamic republic of iran have caused regional and global powers to emerge and constantly confront the foundations of the system. cognitive warfare is a concept that has been more effective than other battle arenas in recent years, with the aim of exploiting the secrets of the mind and heart.if we accept that the main players in this arena are elites, then benefiting from this potential in confronting the enemy is the point of attack of this approach.in this research, we seek to answer the question of what are the different spectrums of people facing the cognitive war and what effect does the role of the actors in this battle have on the type of confrontation. the method used is analytical-descriptive, and its achievement is the creation of policies that govern the confrontation system and the formation of a conceptual mechanism in the field of cognitive warfare, which results in firstly in-depth, intelligent, purposeful and superior influence at the level of society and at the next level. vaccinating and culturally immunizing actors and society and ultimately leads to the formation of efficient and flexible coherent organizations and benefiting from the network potential of elites.
