نقد مبانی و آراء نو معتزله پیرامون احکام اجتماعی اسلام با تاکید بر دیدگاه های محمد الجابری)

مقاله حاضر جهت بازخوانی انتقادی آراء و مبانی نو معتزله، و با رویکردی انتقادی پیرامون احکام اسلامی به بررسی تاثیر معتزله و آراء آن‌ها -با تاکیدی ویژه بر مبانی جابری- در تفسیر احکام اسلامی می‌پردازد. در این مقاله، با رجوع به کتب و مقالات موجود در منابع کتابخانه ای و مطالب مرتبط در کتابخانه های اینترتی، مبانی معتزله و محمد عابد الجابری به عنوان یکی از تاثیرگذارترین ایشان و نیز اشکالات آن‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است و به برخی شبهاتشان پاسخ داده شده است. هدف اصلی این مقاله، بازخوانی مبانی نو معتزله و جابری با روشی توصیفی – تحلیلی است تا نقدها و تاثیرات آن‌ها بر خوانش های مختلف از احکام و منابع اسلامی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. در نتیجه، این مقاله با ارائه نقاط قوت و ضعف مبانی که منشا آراء گوناگون معتزله است، به پژوهش‌های آتی و بررسی‌های ممکن در این حوزه ورودی تخصصی کرده و به صراحت اشکالات این دیدگاه ها و مبانی که باعث ایجاد لوازم و نتایجی می شود که در دین اسلام غیر قابل پذیرش است را بررسی و بیان کرده و نه تنها آموزه های اسلامی را مویدی بر آن نمیداند بلکه تناقضات عقلانی و منطقی آن را نیز روشن ساخته است.

critical review of new mu’tazilite views and foundations (a detailed examination of neo-mu’tazilite thought on islamic jurisprudence with emphasis on jabri foundations)

the present article aims to critically review the views and foundations of neo-mu’tazilites, with a critical approach to the examination of their influence on islamic rulings, particularly emphasizing jabri foundations, in the interpretation of islamic rulings. in this article, by referring to books and articles available in library sources and relevant materials in online libraries, the foundations of mu’tazilites and mohammad abed al-jaberi, as one of their most influential figures, are examined, and some of their criticisms are addressed. the main objective of this article is to revisit the foundations of neo-mu’tazilites and jabri through a descriptive-analytical method in order to examine their criticisms and impacts on various interpretations of islamic rulings and sources. consequently, this article provides an input for future research and possible investigations in this field by presenting the strengths and weaknesses of the foundations that give rise to various mu’tazilite views. it explicitly examines and articulates the shortcomings of these perspectives and foundations, which lead to unacceptable implications and results in the religion of islam, not only undermining islamic teachings but also highlighting their rational and logical contradictions.
