کاوش قرآنی در موانع پاسخ‌گویی در سیستم‌های اجتماعی از دیدگاه قرآن کریم

خلا چارچوبی مفهومی برای بررسی موانع پاسخ گویی در سیستم های اجتماعی مبتنی بر قرآن کریم در ادبیات پژوهشی کشور به شدت احساس میشود از این رو این پژوهش با هدف تبیین مفهوم پاسخگویی و موانع آن در سیستم های اجتماعی از طریق غور و بررسی در مبانی نظری و آیات قرآنی مرتبط و با بهره گیری از فرایند چرخ های تحلیل کیفی انجام شده است. این روش مشتمل بر چهار مرحلۀ گردآوری داده ها و اطلاعات، تقلیل داده ها، سازماندهی داده ها و تفسیر می باشد که امکان تحلیل داده های کیفی پراکنده و پربُعد را فراهم می کند. جامعۀ آماری (قلمرو)، پژوهش، کلیه آیات قرآن کریم می باشد که با بهره گیری از فهرست موضوعی تفاسیر نور و نمونه، پیام ها و مفاهیم مرتبط با مفهوم موانع پاسخ گویی در آیات قرآن کریم با استفاده از کاربرگ های محقق ساخته مبتنی بر روش کیفی مذکور به عنوان ابزار پژوهش، مورد کاوش قرار گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش در بخش اول نشان دهندۀ فراگیر بودن مفهوم پاسخ گویی در قلمروهای مختلف زمانی، مکانی و موضوعی است؛ از پاسخ گویی در برابر خداوند تا پاسخ گویی به مردم و نهادهای اجتماعی. در بخش دوم از طریق مطالعۀ آیات و تدبُر بر رویاین آیات با بهره گیری از تفاسیر نور و نمونه، 99 مفهوم پایه احصاء و سپس این مفاهیم در ذیل 27 مفهوم محوری دسته بندی و در نهایت 8 مفهوم سازماندهی شده مشتمل بر کفرورزی، گمراهی، بی بصیرتی، تشکیک، سیئات، تعدی کردن، فریب کاری و پیمان شکنی به عنوان موانع پاسخ گویی در سه حوزۀ شناختی، عاطفی و رفتاری به منظور ترویج و توسعۀ آموزه های قرآنی حکم رانی اسلامی در نهادها و سازمان های اداری کشوری و لشکری پیشنهاد شده است.

Exploring barriers to accountability in social systems based on the Holy Quran

The conceptual framework for examining the barriers to accountability in social systems based on the Holy Quran is strongly felt in the country’s research literature. Therefore, this study aims to explain the concept of accountability and its barriers in social systems through reflection on Theoretical foundations and Quranic verses are related and have been done by using the process of qualitative analysis cycles. This method consists of four stages of data collection and information, data reduction, data organization and interpretation, which allows the analysis of scattered and multidimensional qualitative data. The statistical population (territory) is the research of all verses of the Holy Quran. The mentioned qualitative method has been explored as a research tool. The results of the research in the first part show that the concept of accountability is comprehensive in different temporal, spatial and thematic domains; from being accountable to God to being accountable to people and social institutions. In the second part, by studying the verses and contemplating on these verses using light and sample interpretations, 99 basic concepts of statistics are counted and then these concepts are classified under 27 central concepts and finally 8 organized concepts including blasphemy, misguidance. Blindness, skepticism, evil, transgression, deception and breach of contract as barriers to accountability in three areas of cognitive, emotional and behavioral in order to promote and develop the Qur’anic teachings of Islamic governance in the administrative institutions and organizations of the country and military Is.
