ساختار سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی بر جمهوریت و اسلامیت استوار شده است. پرسش اصلی این است که آیا این ساختار می‌تواند تعارضات اجتماعی را مدیریت کند؟ پاسخ این پرسش وابسته به بررسی کیفیت ترکیب جمهوریت و اسلامیت و نظم حاکم بر آن است که آیا این دو باهم سازگارند یا اینکه جمهوریت و اسلامیت متعارض‌اند. در این زمینه دو دیدگاه وجود دارد: نخست، نظریه‌ای که ترکیب جمهوریت و اسلامیت را همگون دانسته است. دوم، دیدگاهی است که حکومت اسلامی را در تضاد با جمهوریت و مردم محوری می‌داند. نتیجه این نگاه به حکومت دینی، ناتوانی دولت در مدیریت تعارضات اجتماعی است بلکه این سبک از حکومت خود زایش‌گر تعارضات حل‌نشدنی است. چه آنکه کاهش وفاق اجتماعی یکی از عواقب کم‌رنگ شدن دموکراسی است. این نوشتار با واکاوی مفاهیم «ولایت»، «حکومت اسلامی»، «جمهوری» و «تعارض اجتماعی» و با بررسی متون دینی، دیدگاه نخست را تقویت می‌کند. در پایان نیز رکن جمهوریت را شرط کارآمدی نظام اسلامی و کاهش‌دهنده تعارضات اجتماعی میداند. جایگاه و ضرورت این بحث آنگاه نمایان می‌شود که برخی این شبهه را مطرح می‌کنند که جمهوری اسلامی کارآمدی لازم را ندارد.بررسی تاثیر ساختار جمهوری اسلامی بر رفع تعارضات موضوعی است که این قلم سابقه ای بر آن نیافته است.

The Impact of the Political Structure of the Islamic Republic on the Management of Social Conflicts

The answer to this question depends on examining the quality of the combination of the republic and Islam and the prevailing order as to whether the two are compatible or whether the republic and Islam are in conflict. There are two views in this regard: First, the theory that the combination of republic and Islam is homogenous. The second is the view that the Islamic government is in conflict with the republic and the people. The result of this view of religious government is the inability of the state to manage social conflicts, but this style of government itself gives birth to unresolved conflicts. The decline of social harmony is one of the consequences of the decline of democracy. This article reinforces the first view by analyzing the concepts of &province&, &Islamic government&, &republic& and &social conflict& and by examining religious texts. In the end, he considers the pillar of the republic as a condition for the efficiency of the Islamic system and a reduction of social conflicts.
