   ایمنی در دریا و برآورد هزینه های ایمن سازی صید و صیادی (مطالعه موردی صید میگو در استان هرمزگان)

چکیده    زمینه و هدف: رسیدن به توسعه پایدار و تامین ایمنی عوامل صید و صیادی از نظر ذینفعان اولویت بالایی دارد به همین دلیل تخصیص منابع مالی به تجهیزات کارآمد می تواند از بروز خسارت ها جلوگیری و هزینه این بخش را کاهش دهد.روش بررسی: بررسی میزان توجه ذینفعان به ایمنی شاغلین بخش صید میگوی دریایی و توسعه پایدار موردنظر است. در این مطالعه هزینه های مربوط به پیشگیری، شناسایی و کنترل مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و ضمن شناسایی ذینفعان، ترجیح آنها نسبت به ایمنی با روش ahp بررسی و با برنامه ریزی آرمانی برداشت پایدار در این فعالیت مطالعه گردید. تعداد 70 نفر ذینفع در 7 گروه مختلف انتخاب و هزینه های شناور صیادی برآورد شد.یافته ها: نتایج حاصله نشان داد که توجه به ایمنی در دریا در اولویت دوم اهداف هفتگانه ذینفعان صید دریایی قرار می گیرد و هزینه های ثابت در بخش پیشگیری و شناسایی که مربوط به انجام تعمیرات اساسی می باشد به میزان 1.9 درصد از کل هزینه ها را به خود اختصاص داده است.بحث و نتیجه گیری: براساس یافته های تحقیق، هزینه های بخش ایمنی در فعالیت صید وصیادی رقم کمی را به خود اختصاص داده است که کل هزینه ایمنی 4.9 درصد است. هزینه نهایی که روند تغییرات هزینه ها و خسارتها را در بخش ایمنی نشان می دهد به عنوان شاخصی مطلوب برای بیان وضعیت ایمنی این بخش معرفی می گردد.
