ارزیابی درونی کردن ارزش‌های زیست محیطی در نظام آموزش و پرورش

درونی کردن یک ارزش یا اعتقاد، عمیق‌ترین و پایدارترین پاسخ به نفوذ اجتماعی است درونی‌سازی دانش در واقع تبدیل دانش تصریحی به دانش ضمنی سازمان است. در درونی‌سازی لازم است فرد دانش مربوط به خود را درون دانش سازمان تشخیص دهد و همچنین خودش را در یک کل گسترده‌تر دریابد. که در این بین نظام آموزش و پرورش به عنوان بنیادی‌ترین مسئول در حاکمیت بخشیدن به ارزش‌ها می‌باشد. که با وجود بحران‌های زیست محیطی بوجود آمده در قرن حاضر، باید به دنبال حاکمیت مسایل زیست محیطی در مدرسه با فراوانی‌های باورها، احساس مسئولیت‌پذیری، نگرش و فرهنگ زیست محیطی در مراکز آموزشی باشیم تا به درونی کردن آن در دانش آموزان دست یابیم. این پژوهش به درونی کردن ارزش‌های زیست‌محیطی از طریق نظام آموزش و پرورش تمرکز دارد. جامعه آماری آن را کلیه دبیران شهر تهران تشکیل داده‌اند که حجم نمونه آن تعداد 402 نفر از دبیران می‌باشند و نتایج نشان می‌دهد که بین محتوای آموزشی در نظام آموزش و پرورش و همچنین فضای فیزیکی در مدرسه با درونی کردن ارزش‌های زیست محیطی در دانش‌آموزان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. بنابراین ارایه محتوای متون آموزشی و فضای فیزیکی مناسب هر کدام به نوبه خود از مولفه‌های مهم در آموزش و پرورش است. که باعث رغبت و تمایل دانش‌آموزان به ارزش‌های زیست محیطی خواهند شد و گامی برای درونی نمودن این ارزش‌ها می‌باشند.
