سنجش و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موثر برکشاورزی پایدار از دیدگاه مروجان جهاد کشاورزی استان اردبیل

رایج شدن کشاورزی متعارف، به ویژه پس از جنگ جهانی دوم به دلیل به کارگیری نهاده‌های نوین کشاورزی سبب بالا رفتن بهره‌وری و بازدهی تولید محصولات کشاورزی و سبب تغییرات بسیار و پایین آمدن ریسک ذاتی فعالیت های کشاورزی شده، اما سبب وارد آمدن هزینه‌های قابل توجهی از قبیل فرسایش خاک سطحی، آلودگی آب‌های زیر زمینی، افول کشاورزی خانوادگی، غفلت روز افزون از شرایط‌کاری و معیشتی کارگران، هزینه‌های بالای تولید و عدم هماهنگی شرایط اجتماعی و اقتصادی جوامع روستایی نیز شده است و در طی دودهه گذشته، بشر برای حل این مشکلات؛ در پی یافتن راهکارهای موثری بوده است که یکی از آن‌ها حرکت در جهت کشاورزی پایدار است. هدف این مقاله سنجش و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موثر بر توسعه کشاورزی پایدار از دیدگاه مروجان جهاد کشاورزی استان اردبیل می‌باشد. در این تحقیق، روش کار به صورت پیمایشی بوده و اطلاعات از طریق پرسش‌نامه از 160 نفر از مروجان جهاد کشاورزی  استان‌اردبیل جمع‌آوری گردیده است. روایی صوری پرسش‌نامه توسط پانل متخصصان مورد تایید قرار گرفت. مطالعه راهنما در منطقه مشابه جامعه آماری با تعداد30 پرسش نامه صورت گرفت و با داده‌های کسب شده و استفاده از فرمول ویژه کرونباخ آلفا در نرم افزار spss، پایایی پرسش‌نامه تحقیق 0.78بدست آمد. در داده‌های بدست آمده با استفاده از تکنیک ahp فازی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که از بین عوامل موثر بر توسعه کشاورزی پایدار؛ عامل آموزشی در استان اردبیل، موثرترین عامل بوده و عوامل محیطی، فردی، اقتصادی و  روان‌شناختی در اولویت‌های بعدی قرار گرفتند.

Measurement and Prioritization of Influencing Factors on Sustainable Agricultural Development from Point of View Jihad Experts of Ardabil Province

Conventional farming prevails, especially after World War II due to the use of modern agricultural Institutions increase productivity of agricultural production. It rewards the true values of producers and their products. It draws and learns from organic farming. It works on farms and ranches large and small, harnessing new technologies and renewing the best practices of the past. The purpose of this paper is measurement and prioritization of influencing factors on sustainable agricultural development from point of view Jihad experts of Ardabil Province. The statistical population of this survey consists of Jihad Expertsof Ardabil Province. For data collection, it was used the documents, library and internet as the material to investigate the literature background, while utilizing the questionnaire to gather necessary field data, which was formulated, as proposed in different resources, based on the research assumptions and questions. Further, validity of the questionnaire was approved by a panel of experts and scholars the field of sustainable agriculture and agriculture development. Then, 30 questionnaires were completed in the Ardabil Province to determine its reliability through the test, and the Cronbach alpha coefficient was calculated for the total questionnaire equal 0.78 = α using SPSS software package. The study sample consisted of all experts in Ardabil Province, of which 160 were selected by multistage random sampling.  For data analysis, SPSS software was used. The research results showed that barriers of educational, environmental, economical and psychological settled in Ardabil province, respectively.
