تاثیر ترکیب توهم بینایی و تمرکز توجه بیرونی بر یادگیری مهارت پرتاب دارت در افراد مبتدی

مقدمه: تحقیقات اثربخشی توهم بینایی بزرگ و تمرکز توجه بیرونی را بر یادگیری حرکتی در افراد مبتدی نشان داده است. با این حال، شواهد پژوهشی در مورد اثر ترکیبی این متغیرها وجود ندارد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر ترکیبی توهم بینایی بزرگ و تمرکز بیرونی بر یادگیری مهارت پرتاب دارت در افراد مبتدی بود. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه 40 شرکت‌کننده مبتدی 18 تا 40 سال به طور داوطلبانه شرکت کرده و به طور تصادفی در 4 گروه توهم بینایی بزرگ، تمرکز توجه بیرونی، ترکیبی و گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. تحقیق شامل پیش‌آزمون، مرحله تمرین، پس‌آزمون و آزمون یادداری بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه و تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌های تکراری و نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 20  تحت سطح معناداری 0.05 استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس برای اکتساب عملکرد پرتاب دارت نشان داد که هر سه اثر مرحله، گروه و متقابل معنی‌دار می‌باشد (0.05≥ p). دقت عملکرد در همه گروه‌ها از پیش‌آزمون تا پس‌آزمون افزایش یافت. در پس‌آزمون و یادداری دقت عملکرد گروه‌های آزمایشی نسبت به گروه کنترل بیشتر بود، اما تفاوت معنی‌داری بین آن‌ها وجود نداشت  (0.05

the effect of the combination of visual illusion and external focus of attention on learning dart throwing skill in novices

background: although studies has shown the effectiveness of large visual illusion and external focus of attention on motor learning in novices, there is no research evidence about the combined effect of these variables. this study aimed to investigate the combined effect of large visual illusion and external focus of attention on learning dart throwing skill in novices.materials and methods: in the present study, 40 novice participants aged 18-40 voluntarily participated and were randomly divided into four groups; large visual illusion, external focus of attention, combined, and control group. the study consisted of a pre-test, practice phase, post-test, and retention test. data analysis was performed by repeated measures analysis of variance in spss software version 20 (p≤0.05).results: the results of the analysis of the variance test for the acquisition of dart throwing performance showed that all three effects of stage, group, and interaction were significant (p≤0.05). accuracy increased in all groups, from pre-test to post-test. in the post-test and retention test, the experimental groups were more accurate than the control group; however, no significant difference was observed between them (p>0.05).conclusion: external focus instructions and manipulations that enhance more perceptual processes may lead to optimal performance and learning. the findings of the present study suggest that although combining large visual illusion and external focus can independently improve motor learning, the combination of these manipulations has no additive benefits.
